yup, thats what counts...for you or against you. in the end they pile up for good and the bad. i like little instumentals in the background of songs. i like the trumpets and the piano in this one. my twin is making a comeback. ha. lets not forget the goodfellas remix. luurrved it. oh nelly. today is day 9 of the cleanse. definitely a challenge. a wholistic cleansing challenge. 7lbs down. im scared of the relapse, but if i gain it all back, at least the toxins and gunk are gone. been craving food, not the grease or sweets but fruits and veggies, tofu wiff hoison sauce. yay. the concoction is mos def soul food cuz ive been making/having more spiritual realizations that have helped me cross that clarity line. and thats yummy. toots' bday is tomorrow. mattress comes in on thursday. work. work. work and work. then MIA! cant wait to be in the ocean again. *sigh* my joy.
