CONGRATS TO MY LIL' siSTAR: possible LPN STATUS!
yes, feeling silly. i love when the sun is out. heated...but not so much lately. sun's present, but the warmth...not so much. unseasonably COLD 'round these parts. went to the gym yesterday. wow. almost died trying to kick two miles out of my sneaks. one four three in more ways than one. get on it. tickets to MIA have been purchased. looking forward to the ocean. i heart the ocean. i took moms to a polynesian music & dance show last night. we loved it. she reminisced about shanghai lil's with some other folks. she's so cute. been slacking on the packing of stuffs. kinda just waiting for the bigger things to be delivered before i make moves. heading over there later to tidy up the kitchen and take plates n mugs n such out of the boxes. clean, dry, shelve. works getting better. staying on AMs now. getting tired of the yoyo action. but i suppose staying on days is best anyway. gotta put in at least one extra day once a pay pd so im not stretching bills. oh the price you pay.
jer made a video, brought tears to mine eyes. with everything that's been happening back home, with the death toll rising, some people being recognized, other people not being heard of, the video came at a good time for me. i remember why i went, what happened while i was there, and what i brought back. its been almost two years and i have yet to journal, recopy my class notes, upload my pictures/videos, but i'll get to it. i know i have to get on top of [re:]connecting with folks here there and everywhere. jus gotta make it happen. bps talks about the new york state of mind, busy, busy, busy, on the go always. midwest is slow, take your time, it'll get done. i definitely need a jump start to find balance.
